Rajiv Singh, the chairman of DLF, has emerged as the richest real estate developer in India according to the 2024 GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate Rich List. With an impressive wealth of ₹1,24,420 crore, Singh has solidified his position at the top of the list, surpassing other notable figures in the real estate industry.
Following Singh, Mangal Prabhat Lodha, the founder of Macrotech Developers, secured the second spot with a wealth of ₹91,700 crore. Gautam Adani, known primarily for his vast business empire, has also made his mark in the real estate sector, ranking third with ₹56,500 crore. This marks a significant 62% increase in Adani’s real estate wealth compared to the previous year.
